November 15th at 8am. Join us as teams of 2 (male/male & female/female) compete in 3-4 heats. 3 divisions to participate in: Intermediate, Advanced (olympic lifting), and Masters (50+). Pay for your team and then complete your registration form with all team info. Limited spots. Cost: $50 per team including shirts(available until Oct 1) $20 per team not including shirts
