What you need to know!

God gives us the power to choose, so we are also giving you that power!

1) You choose which meal plan you want to follow based on what works for you and your goals, as well as the one you think will be most sustainable for the long term.

2) While we will be doing this in teams of 4, you do not all have to follow the same meal plan. We will also provide information on a few different meal plan options. Again, these are just recommendations, and you are welcome to choose a different meal plan to follow if you want!

3) You get to choose your team! We want it to be fun and motivating. What better way to do that than with your friends! So you and 3 others, form a team of 4. Come up with a team name, and work together to earn points! We recommend texting each other daily, and sharing recipes.

4) Reserving and attending classes will earn you the most points! 5 points for reserving and 5 points for attending, for a total of 10 possible points each day!

5) Don’t rely on the scale. We want you to use the scale as a tool, but not the main tool. Taking pictures helps you to see changes that the scale doesn’t
